  When getting a title loan we these people you better make sure that your title doesn't have a lien on it when paying your loan in full. We got a title in 2018 and paid it off and received title back in hand. In the process of moving we lost the title this year and went to the dmv to get a replacement title, and found out they had a lien on it and we had paid it off in 2018. We called and they acted like they didn't do it and we had to but the dmv person on the phone to resolve it.

  Glad we were able to resolve the issue. Unfortunately MO lien releases must be retained with the title. If your documents are lost other communication is necessary with the DMV to remedy the matter.

  DO NOT GET LOAN FROM THIS PLACE!!! Got one loan from them and payed them back in 2 payments on title loan! They charge the highest interest of any loan place that I've ever heard of and seen. They do not tell u this up front either. 300 dollar loan and I had to pay back almost 800 dollars!

  Jason, I must respond to your comments. The loan charges you describe are not contractually possible with us unless payment is made years in arrears or as a result of legal and or repossession costs.

  Very disturbing place. Called to make arrangements to pay on default loan. The manager says if I don't pay by tomorrow they will turn me over to the prosecutor's office. I replied "there was no criminal intent involved". do you want your money or do you want to coercise me. (How is it criminal intent when you are trying to make arrangements to pay) If you need a payday loan don't do it... sell your stuff in house or do something.

  OMG...LET ME TELL YA...! Jane Quick Cash is TOTALLY DA BEST...They are there when you need them and just have a HEART OF GOLD!   This place is very rude!! They treat there employees like trash they threaten them curse them out and for hours at a time this place cheats the government put of money!!!!
