  Extremely pleased with their service. Had issues due to first full year of being retirement. They were quick to help me through it and worked with me on what I needed to adjust for the next year. Recommended actions I could take now to reduce my tax basis; saved me $. Entire staff was great to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to give them a call if you need help with your taxes.

  Friendly & professional. I owe them a review because I honestly found them through Google reviews, only fair I share my experience. Extremely friendly from first to last interaction. Easy method of dropping off or uploading relevant tax documents. Rates extremely reasonable, especially given I had federal + 3 states to file for last year. I'll definitely be back again in the future.

  I am completely satisfied with Byrd and Massey as our tax preparation service! The staff was friendly, professional and timely. They listened to our concerns and took the time answer all questions.   Incredibly responsive and patient!! I am in Real Estate and Melissa helped me through every part of my tax return. She's also helping manage my payroll and tracking for taxes this year. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone!

  I've had my taxes done by Paul Byrd since approximately 2003. I would highly recommend Bryd and Massey CPA . their website is great . I moved to a different state and being able to upload information is great. Its easy to use. I've used them for my corporation taxes before I retired. They do my rental returns and personal taxes for multiple state . You can't go wrong with them.

  My wife and I have been working with Byrd and Massey for quite some time. I am a retired small business owner and I have had 4 accounting firms over 39 years I was in business. Melissa Massey has been our primary accountant and I will say that she and the rest of the firm has been the best our company has ever worked with. Not only is Melissa personal and cares about the client, but also is very professional and thorough... an patient with me! My wife and I still have Byrd and Massey take care of our taxes and other related items in our retirement years even though now we live in another state. A+!
