  Worst branch ever. Constantly rotating staff who are woefully under-informed and inattentive. Conflicting open hours posted. Two stars because there are at least better branches in town, and it is a strong entity overall. EDIT: I did reach out to cust svc the last time I had an issue and no one ever replied.

  This branch of OZK has the absolute slowest drive thru I have ever been to!! I have been to many bank drive thrus before but this one wins then ALL!!! Absolutely no respect for their customers time constraints. I definitely recommend some training in time management.

  Went here to my bank to open my daughter's first checking account today. When asking about opening the account, the teller looked at me like I said something insulting to her and made me wait while she helped other customers first. When she came back, she handed me a stack of papers to fill out and asked if I needed a brochure and said I could bring the papers later after I filled them out. Without explaining our options or anything. I decided to go next door to the competition (which I do not have an account with) and every single person was friendly and eager to help. Bank OZK does not want or value my business. My daughter got her account today next door. I will not visit this location again. After several years of doing business here, it's time to switch.

  This is the absolute slowest branch of the slowest known bank that I’ve ever seen. Competition is very heavy for banks. Try a different one. I’m serious. You may run out of gas waiting at the drive through.

  Poor customer service at drive through. Slow, apathetic, lazy, and oblivious to to customers and their time constraints. Would strongly recommend IBERIABANK as a better alternative.
