  I had the pleasure of working with the Jane and her team on the purchase of my first home. As a first-time home buyer, I was not familiar with the process and Jane did a fantastic job at explaining every step along the way. Her attention to detail, follow through , and knowledge was incredible. Jane was consistently prompt in her replies, and kept me in the loop, every step of the way. Additionally, she maintained the same communication technique with my realtor, attorney, etc. This was all evident in the ability to close the loan ahead of the already efficient timeline. Jane provided expert service and successful outcomes. It is clear she knows what she is doing. I will make sure to use her services in the future, and highly recommend you do the same.

  Jane was extremely knowledgeable and easily explained the lending process to us as first time home buyers and made it less intimidating. She was easy to work with and a great communicator as she was available at any time of the day and gave updates along the way throughout the process. Jane was reliable and had our best interest in mind and we trusted her to get things done, and she did! I would highly recommend her to anyone, especially to first time home buyers!

  We were fortunate enough to have our relator recommend Jane and we could not be more thrilled with the level of service and attention we received. We relocated to Illinois from out of state and Jane guided us through the process from start the finish, and without any hiccups along the way. In addition to her professionalism and knowledge, Jane was always incredibly responsive and eager to help. Even when sending her an email or text outside of normal working hours, she continued to support us. This was not our first home buying experience, but she certainly made it the best!

  Jane recently helped me navigate the process of closing on my first home. She was very informative, thorough and a true blessing throughout the entire process! She always made herself available to talk via phone - even after hours! She even responded to emails in the evenings.   Jane was absolutely amazing. Very helpful and patient when explaining the process. The whole team was extremely efficient. She recommended a realtor, lawyer, appraisal company, everything we needed. Everyone we worked with was extremely helpful. They are a well oiled and efficient machine. We received her name from a friend that also had great success and will continue to refer her to others.

  Jane was able to help my husband and I refinance our mortgage and saved us a ton of money! Working with her was super easy and the interest rate she was able to get us was unbearable!!! Jane explained everything to us is great detail so we knew exactly what to expect and when to expect it. I’m definitely going to recommend Jane to everyone I can, we will be lifetime customers for sure!

  Jane is truly exceptional. She is the best with communication and answering the endless amount of questions we have. She explains everything in detail and we appreciate her level of expertise. She is very up front with us and we never felt she was taking advantage of us. She is very personable, calm, honest, hard-working and trustworthy. We used her when we bought our first home and again for our re-finance. Both processes were GREAT! and Jane made sure everything was completed on time. We love Jane and would highly recommend her to anyone!!!!

  Jane is wonderful and really knows what she is doing. She was always there right away answering all of my questions, and boy can I tell you I had a lot! Jane was so helpful the first time that I went directly to her to refinance! Jane is great and is very clear and communicates well. When you are working with Jane, you don’t have to worry about anything! Will totally recommend to everyone I know!
