  Don is the guy you want to work with when it comes to the dollar coaster ride of buying a home. Don is an excellent communicator, exceptionally reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. We have got to work with him twice now and if the 3rd time presents itself we will be back! He put all of our concerns at ease and was so gracious through the whole process.   I chose Fairway because I know Don outside of work and knew I could put my trust in him. Don and his team did a tremendous job from start to finish. He was upfront with me about various numbers and provided guidance on my options. He and the team gave me a thorough step-by-step process to follow which made my experience painless.   If you really want someone that can answer your questions with confidence and resolve issues timely, Don is you guy ! We contacted Don after someone else highly recommend him to us. The other people we dealt in the past were too far out on what Don did for us. Our case wasn’t that simple and to be honest I wasn’t expecting that someone will do that much for us. Don was very prompt to answer all of my questions even if it was a late evening. And of course as a first-time buyer I had no idea what the process was but Don made this easier. I can’t recommend him enough ! 😊 Thank you Don.

  I had such a stress free home purchase with Don and Jennifer. They are not the typical mortgage brokers. Most will run your info thru a system and tell you if it says approved or denied. NOT Don & Jenifer. They busted their but to get me approved. I will definitely use them. Not to mention I got a grate rate on my loan.
