  My husband and I have used Dean twice now for a purchase and refinance and couldn’t be happier. I can’t say enough about Dean Mangano and his team at Fairway. These financial decisions had my anxiety running on high, it was stressful! Thank you Lord for sending Dean our way! Dean is kind and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain and go over everything, even when I ask him the same question multiple times. I can honestly say he and his team genuinely looked out for our best interest from beginning to closing, it’s not easy to find someone you can trust. One more thing, Dean and his team answer and return calls, text and emails quickly. Dean is trust worthy I highly recommend him and his team and will use them in the future. Beatriz

  Dean Mangano is truly world-class. I have never worked with anyone as knowledgeable, hard working and professional as him. He always kept me and my family's best interests in mind and saved me tons of money on my mortgage and refinances over the years. The level of service and guidance Dean provides gives me peace of mind and is rare in today's digital world. I wouldn't use anyone else and refer him to all of my friends and family for their mortgages....and they always thank me big time after meeting and working with Dean.

  I have to say I have worked with Dean for over 10 years and I would not trust anyone more than him and his team with my financials. These days everyone is in it for themselves and this team has always gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of while being completely transparent during the process. Always looking out for my best interest. He has always taken time to address ALL my concerns and made everything as easy as possible. Bottom line is I trust him and that's huge. Definitely best in the business my family has trusted Dean for a long time and he's always been there for anything with out issue! My go to guy! Thanks Dean!!

  Dean and his team were extremely prompt and getting back to me anytime I had any questions.   I worked with Dean a couple of times via financing and refinancing. He was not only incredibly attentive, he was on top of every issue and question I had.   Dean Mangano is the guy that finds a solution and wills a path to completion. I never missed a step our an opportunity move things quickly and reduce my over all costs. I have purchased 5 homes in the Chicago Area and I wish the first 4 were done with Dean Mangano and Jennifer Karlels. This tag team really is the DYNAMIC DUO! I would and WILL recommend Dean to everyone I know.

  Ohhh what fun 2020 was, what with a pandemic and all? As if lockdown wasn't enough, every person and their mother decided to move out of the city and buy a home in the 'burbs where they wouldn't have to share a wall, a staircase, or a front door with their neighbor(s). My now husband and I were two of those people and let me tell ya, it was a hoot. Well, at least until we decided to work with Dean. I'll preface the remainder of this review by saying I like to get to the point, avoid beating around the bush, straight line from point A to point B and I learned quickly that Dean was highly organized, supremely efficient, and remarkably personable. He turned a disastrous experience for my husband and I into a seamless and painless blink of an eye. I'll never forget one of the first things Dean said to me, pardon me while I paraphrase but it was along the lines of "My goal is to help you buy this home and build a relationship for life." That stuck! I will always refer friends and family to Dean and we will never work with anyone else. I type this review as my husband and I are creeping up on our first year in the house Dean helped us buy during what can be deemed one of the craziest years in our lives. Thank you, Dean, and to your entire team. You guys are just wonderful!
