  From day one, Jamie was right by our side to help with the home buying process. Any time we had questions or concerns, she was just a text away! Given the crazy market, we had to move fast when placing offers and getting everything together. She was quick and efficient when getting our approval letters ready to go for us!   Jaime made the entire process Exceptionally manageable. She also knew her business to the T and was able to set expectations for me. If you want someone to walk you through the refi/mortgage process, Jamie and Guild Is a high recommendation to use.

  i met Jamie Edstrom when I purchased my home. In true fashion, her commitment did not stop there. She is regularly in contact with me with updates on my home value and in any other matter I may have a concern with. I love that she is still connected and involved.   Jamie is very thorough and detailed which are ideal qualities in a mortgage professional. She took time with me, long before we submitted an application, to give me some tips on how to maximize my credit scores. She also gave me a list of items to gather before we submitted our application so that the underwriting and approval process would go smoothly. I can't say enough about how smoothly everything went.

  We highly recommend Jamie Edstrom, she has helped us to refinance our home and then she helped my mother refinance her home too. She is very professional and she went out of her way to help us get our refinancing approved. If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely go with her again.
