  I am a first time home buyer and did not have any idea how to start with process. Kimberly Nelon did fantastic customer service and all possible advice to get pre approval. Following her directions, I did not feel stress and I am proud of my choice to work with her. Especially if you are first time home buyer, it is really hard to trust someone with financial process. But with Kimberly, I was so much comfortable. Whenever I have a questions , she always helpful with answers and fast responses. Me and my family really appreciate for all your efforts Kimberly! With your professional help, we successfully closed home buying in less than a month. That was a great job! I advise everyone to work with Kimberly and trust her expertise.   Kimberly was simply amazing! I work very non traditional hours and she scheduled calls around my schedule in odd hours in the evening. She was available for any and all questions (at basically all times). She created the perfect mortgage plan for our family and made our first home buying experience not nearly as scary.   Kimberly is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She was referred to me by a friend, at a time when I was buying a house and refinancing another, and this ended up being one of the best referrals I have ever received. The process of buying/refinancing is filled with many moving parts and Kimberly handled it all with finesse. I really didn’t feel any stress while going through these processes.   Kimberly and I started our relationship about 2.5 years before I purchased a home. I was looking for a lender and she was someone I reached out to.
