  My husband and I as first time home buyers knew virtually nothing about the process of acquiring a loan. James made what could have been a complicated process incredibly smooth, and explained each step to us as we went along. He was always available when I needed to text or call about any questions I had, and was kind and resourceful throughout the entire process. We were able to buy our home in Arizona in just over a month because James made things so easy. I would definitely recommend him for nervous first-time buyers, or even seasoned buyers.

  Being young first time homebuyers, we knew it would be a long process. Working with James in his program made everything so simple. He provides you with the bank, realtor and lawyers to go through the entire homebuying process, as well as credits which all help ease the pockets and saved us thousands. James has been running this program for years and seen it all, so he answered any and every question we threw his way and helped guide us throughout the entire process. We're elated with the house we purchased, but if we ever need to move we'll be looking for James again. Between the money he saved us and his vast knowledge of the process, we'd recommend him for anyone!

  I was a FSBO who had the pleasure working closely with James to help my buyer get financing. From the immediate beginning he responded immediately to my requests and questions. From there, we had repetative contact to resolve unforseen problems with financing and closing which would have been a nightmare if it werent for his patience, diligence and long hard hours (above and beyond the call of duty). He is fair, compassionate, very knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does. I could have sworn he was the brother of the buyer the way he advocated for her and really spent alot of time thinking outside the box to make the sale happen. From my experience, any other person would have walked away and let the deal fall through, but he didn't. He was representing the buyer, not me the seller, but I felt he truly had my back on issues also. I highly recommend James with no hesitation. Dont take my word for it though, just one conversation with him and you will see for yourself!
