  I have been spending the last 2 weeks working with James on a complicated request to refinance. James had numerous calls with me that each took time, effort, and follow up. On our last call it was looking like I would not be able to refinance do to my personal circumstances, and James took additional time to review additional numbers with me knowing that all this time he spent with me would not end in any financial gain for him. I could not be more grateful for all of his time and I was certain that he looked at my situation in depth.
