  James was fantastic to work with. As a first time home buyer he explained every step of the process. His follow up was incredible and even answered my late night questions. He beat out other lender quotes I received and secured the best deal. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.

  James is the best. Super easy to work with, very professional, knows the mortgage game inside and out so was able to provide me with spot on advise. He has great communication. He touched base with me all throughout the process - even when we were just waiting for various things to happen he'd call to touch base. I always felt like I knew what was happening and I really appreciated that. And bonus...he got me a great rate. James gets my absolute highest recommendation!

  I am writing this review for James Hecker. While circumstances did not allow us to utilize James, I can not say enough about his professionalism. He gave us valuable information even though we were not his clients. Our realtor referred us to James, but when we decided on a different home that offered incentives if we used their mortgage broker, James still answered our questions. In all of our interactions, he was honest, professional, informative, thorough, responsive, and personable. While we never got to the point where we talked about his rate, I am certain that James is a man of integrity, and that his clients would find him fair and his services a good value. We were not “signed” clients, and I feel the information he gave us was definitely of great value. James provides other financial services, too. I strongly recommend him.

  We had the pleasure of choosing and working with James Hecker as our Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist to guide us through our home re-finance. Since we haven’t done a re-finance for at least 10 years, we were a bit new to the process again. James walked us through the Title and Escrow process, started with the best rate, and worked with us identifying the informational requirements needed as we went through the underwriting process. During that time, the interest rate actually went down, and James was there to help us re-secure even a better rate as we went through the funding process. Once we funded, James was still there guiding us through the close and the County recording process. We are very happy we chose James to help us through our re-finance. He is absolutely thorough, an expert in his field, and his communication and follow-through are second to none. We highly recommend James Hecker!

  James is great! He got us a really good rate and walked us through the process so it was very smooth and quick. Communication throughout was great, I especially appreciate the weekly checkins, a nice personal touch. Very much available for any questions and accommodating to contractors working in the industry.   My wife and I recently obtained 2 loans that were processed by James Hecker. We had started with a refinance on our current home when we found and decided to invest in another property. James' advise and guidance throughout this process was beyond our expectations. We don't think we would have been able to complete this 2nd transaction if not for the thorough and diligent work that James performed throughout both of these transactions. Timing was of essence. James was very thorough and took the time to fully explain everything that we did not understand. He kept us informed and aware of all details throughout the loan process and kept us up to date every step of the way. We never had any issues getting in touch with James as he always responded either by text or phone call.   This is the second time I have worked with James in obtaining a real estate loan. He contacted me when he saw that he could reduce my interest rate and save me a lot of money in interest over the term of the loan. He is the consummate professional, who is helpful every step of the way! He makes the overwhelming process extremely easy and made allowances for my lack of available time to work on the paperwork. He even responded into the evening and on weekends if necessary. Any questions I had were answered immediately and his knowledge and guidance were extremely helpful. His explanations and good cheer throughout were invaluable and at the end, we were approved easily. I wouldn't want to go through this process with anyone else representing and assisting me!! I highly recommend using James for your loan process!
