  Excellent communication with Tracy from the time at which I inquired about the vehicle to the day of my test drive. Patrick was very friendly & laid-back and has a no-pressure approach, which made me much more comfortable during the whole process. Financing manger (can't remember his name) was also wonderful to work with - he gave thorough explanations of all documents I had to sign and was able to answer all of my questions. Great first experience at James CDJR. ☺

  Had a great experience buying a first car for my son. "Big John" Crawford made the process easy and enjoyable. When a problem occurred with the car (it was used) after the sale, John went to bat for me with management, and made sure that we ended up with a satisfactory resolution to the problem. Nice dealership, nice people. I highly recommend!

  I purchased a very nice 2016 Subaru WRX and the sales team was great. Since then with only 70k miles we have had nothing but trouble including a new clutch air sensor and now a blown motor. I have received no response from the sales team or the manager.

  Jennifer the service manager is amazing. She is friendly, accomodating, and on top of her game. She ordered a set of tires for me. They arrived the same day and she called me to come in, gave me a loaner and called me back a little over an hour later to tell me my car was done. Efficient amd effective. I'll definitely be back because of Jen!

  They had my new Durango for 3 hours for an oil change and wash. I arrived to pick up the vehicle and it was not washed and they had not applied my discount to my service for having the new vehicle. I was told to sit and wait because there were other vehicles being washed now and they would have to redo my paperwork. Waited another 45 min for what should have been done when I arrived! Bad customer service! Go to Grigers where they treat people who buy $60k cars like they value your business.
