  I was thinking about switching my auto insurance provider and contacted this office to get a quote. I had the pleasure of working with John K. He is extremely professional and personable. He has a wealth of knowledge regarding coverage and was patient answering my many questions. He helped me get the coverage I wanted at a much lower rate than my current provider for both my home and auto. I am happy to be insured with an office that has a great staff like John!

  A friend told me I was paying too much for my car insurance and referred me to State Farm. However, for months I didn’t listen and just kept paying my monthly premiums, I just didn’t want the hassle. Then one day I decided to go for it and I called Schuhrke’s office. I was greeted by John Karczewski and he was very professional and offered great coverage, prices, and counsel over the phone. We scheduled an in person meeting and when the time came, he was on top of everything. I felt comfortable talking to him and he eagerly and thoroughly answered all my questions. I cannot remember him enough. If you’re thinking about getting another quote, or even if you aren’t, I would suggest giving him a try. You have nothing to lose.

  John is always a pleasure to deal with on the phone and always gets my questions answered in a timely manner. However when John is not available the other ladies in the office also do a wonderful job as well. I live in Merriville and have been asked why don't you get a closer agent and my answer is the best agent is in cedar lake that why.
