  First off let me say this has been the easiest process ever! Jake was so professional, he took his time and yet didn’t waste mine. He got right to it and knew exactly what he was doing as if he had done it for 50 years. His office staff is also very helpful and capable to handle lots of questions as well which is so nice. The coverage I have now is so much better and that gives me a peace of mind I have not been able to have before.
