  The best loan officer I have had the pleasure to work with. Jaimie has always been very professional in helping me to navigate the process of refinancing. It is the second time I have used her services - first time in 2012 and this year (2020). Just like in 2012, she reassured me every step of the way this year too. She made the whole process seems easy for the perfect neophyte I am when it comes to numbers. She negotiated a very good interest rate for me and she has kept me informed regularly. When I would send her an email or leave a message on her cell phone, she would reply very quickly. She was always cheerful on the phone, ready to give me detailed and clear explanations about the refinancing process. She is a warm person and she has had my complete trust during the few weeks I have dealt with her about getting a new loan.
