  Jackpot pawn is a great pawn shop. If your a down to earth blue collar type you will love this mom and pop type shop. The workers and owners are friendly and knowledgeable. If your in a tight spot they will usually work with you when late picking up. It may look small but they have a lot more items and stock than you would think. Over all ive gone their for the last 5 yrs and they have always been friendly and helpful. I know i can trust them and wouldnt go anywhere else after the service i recieved at jackpot pawn.

  The rudest place I've ever been to. I was just looking for some silver. He said he didn't have any but I saw he was buying some. Instead of saying it's not ready for sale yet or showing me something else he told me to "go buy your own 2 million dollar business." I hope he was just having a bad day because if he treats everyone like that his 2 million dollar business will be bankrupt very quickly.

  I only gave 1 star to be able to produce a review, would give zero if I could. I came into this establishment yesterday with my husband to pawn my nearly brand new, warn maybe less than 5 times Apple Watch series 7 45mm with GPS + cellular. The gentlemen who helped us out was incredibly snarky, nosy, condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional. In my opinion its invasive and rude to ask someone why they’re pawning something, when obviously a lot of people do it because they’re struggling financially and need quick cash. There’s never a negotiation on pricing, they give you a ridiculous low ball amount and don’t budge. He attempts to quote market prices and going rates for used items as a basis of argument for the amount he’s offering, and the number he gives is so off base. He tells me Apple watches of this make brand new are only $350 which is incorrect, they START at $479 and that’s for the base model. The model I provided brand new goes for $579 and I was only given $150, he claims due to a missing charger. Every other time I’ve pawned an Apple Watch, which isn’t normally the newest model I have been offered $150 or less WITH a charger. I’ve always also been told they would have provided more if I would have had original packaging, of which I did and he sarcastically was like well since you have no charger it’s a wash… also he said something like if I would have had the original charger it would have been another $30-$40 which is a bold faced lie. They don’t even go for that much brand new straight from Apple. I’ve NEVER gotten more for also having the charger. Total rip-off scam artists RUN. Take the time to sell another way and make a fair amount back, unlike here. Refused to even give us $200 for it, and basically acted as though we should have been lucky that he was even taking it insinuating HE was losing money on the sale?!

  I bought my first Shotgun here about 2 years ago. I liked it so much that I brought my brother over for his own shotgun. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff here, and they have a really great supply of electronics, power tools, and guns/ammo. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

  Just purchased a pair of vintage Bose 901 speakers. 45 year old speakers, I was a bit skeptical but I’ve been looking for quite some time for these. The price was unbeatable so I anticipated some issues, I got em home cleaned and oiled the cabinets, ran a vacuum Over the grills and fired em up. They sound great! Drivers and surrounds in good condition. Trustworthy folks at Jackpot. Thanks!

  I sold an Ibanez guitar to them earlier today and the customer service was excellent. They not only gave me information pertaining to my guitar and what they would be willing to spend on it, but they were also very friendly in how they did business. I had a nice 10 minute conversation about different types of guitars with one of the guys (who is very knowledgeable about his instruments) while the other gentleman handled the transaction. All in all I was very satisfied with my visit and I would be happy to do business with them in the future and I would recommend the same to anyone else needing to buy/sell to a pawn shop.

  Tried looking everywhere for a golf pull cart with no luck. Found exactly what I was looking for here at just the right time. Price was more than fair since most other places are price gouging at the moment with everything that's going on. Will definitely be back when things back to normal. Thank you so much for a great experience.
