  Michael had absolutely no knowledge of the lending process. Never returns calls. I lost my earnest money deposit. I do no recommend this company, please check other websites for reviews as the web ones are totally off. A local lender is better than this company if you want to close on time. Michael is very careless and this was the worst lender I have dealt with in 20 years.

  What a joke. I just wasted 3 months while this bank tried to get it together. Then they tried to charge ME a relock fee twice because the rate expired. Then they added points to my deal when they told me there wouldn’t be any points. Total waste of my time. Ran my credit. Paid for an appraisal which is money down the drain. Of course they won’t do anything about it. Absolute scam of a company. Move on and save your time and money! I have had 4 mortgages in my life and have never seen anything this terrible. DONT USE

  Saw a Costco home mortgage ad and entered my info. This company contacted me and said the represent Costco member mortgages. I went through the prequal process. I then applied online. After several days I emailed the agent directly to get the status and he didn't even have the courtesy to respond. Be ware as you could be in a tough situation if you needed a quick response at closing. Taking my business elsewhere.

  This Company is the most unethical practices. We were kept hanging by a string by JGWentworth because they kept stating we would be refinanced.That is far from what transpired. My husband served 20 Years in the USAF and is now suffering from a rare blood disease that is terminal He also has a 30% disability from serving in the AF. The 30% doesn’t include the blood problem he goes to the cancer Doctor every month. I also served 20* Years serving the military soldiers. I was in a car accident I was t- boned by a 5th time drunk driver I ended up in a coma sezuires and contracted mengitis. I know this isn’t their faults but a little compassion for us. I ended up in a wheelchair and 37 surgeries later still not able to walk. The point is why would this company keep saying we were going to be able to refinance our home. We sent paperwork after paperwork the same paperwork over and over. At no fault of the company we were scammed by some really messed up people from Hope Services they said they could help us well they stole $10,000 from us. I called the FTC they finally got them but we couldn’t get our money back for reasons I didn’t understand. We hired an attorney and we ended up losing the house a week before Christmas this year and they wouldn’t even give us time to find a home for my family that could accommodate the wheelchair also close to my sons school. We didn’t want anything for free we just needed some help our stare Attorney would not help a Judge in our county said we could not have 1 extra month to find a place with paying of course. I wrote and spoke to many people but that’s what’s wrong with our country. Our house sold for $141,000 and we were trying to do the refinancing because the home was underwater we were paying $255,855 . Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else but it’s sad that JGWentworth home Lending only cares about money and lying to consumers.
