  I could not have worked with a more professional loan officer than Colby Margheim! Colby's communication skills are the best. His response time to my requests were never over 5 minutes and usually less. His knowledge of the mortgage business along with his communication skills is what made my experience seamless.   Refinanced from an FHA to a conventional loan to get rid of that dreaded PMI. Colby Margheim handled everything perfectly. Communicated everything very thoroughly and expeditiously. Colby made sure I was fully qualified in advance and walked me through the whole loan process. We used our Costco executive membership and save tons of money on our closing costs. Colby was exceptional and very knowledgeable. Made the whole refinance experience smooth and easy. I would highly recommend Colby Margheim and J.G. Wentworth for your refinancing needs. Tony

  My husband and I were first time homebuyers and got Colby Margheim as our loan officer. He made the process extremely easy and fast, explaining everything that we didn't understand and helping us with every step. I would absolutely recommend him to someone looking for a mortgage.

  Been trying to close on our house for months now and this lender says they sent the paperwork and the title company says they don't have anything. J.G. Wentworth went answer any calls. Now we are switching lenders and the builder is pissed. We use all our PTO, sick time, called into work too many times for nothing. They kept telling us we were clear to close but title company said no. It is ridiculous. Extremely unprofessional. I do not recommend using them. But use them at your discretion. At least I did my diligence.

  This is so funny, and just a small world circumstance. My buddy and I were also just talking about an upcoming concert. Unbeknownst to me, he was making a demand relating to relative timing and wanting a service completed. I haven’t heard a JG Wentworth commercial in a very long time, yet we were able to say the whole thing from memory. Amazing marketing. Amazing brand. It’s your money, use it when you need it. 5 stars all the way

  I started the refi process with another company and it dragged on for over 3 months. Colby got us to the finish line in less than 3 weeks without any drama. In addition, he is very personable and a pleasure to work with.

  So me and my boy were texting about the childish gambino concert coming up soon, and then the convo steered into whether or not he can catch a ride with me to basketball thursday night. I said sure, but I'll be driving Savanna's car. You don't know Savanna, but shes pretty cool. Anyway, I proceeded to explain why I wouldn't have my car, which was because it wouldn't start a few days ago. I was telling him I wanted to replace the spark plugs, but when? In my free time? I work every day. So since I have half days on fridays that is the only time I can do the work, but I wish I could do it sooner, because I want my car NOW. That made my boy send me a JG Wentworth gif and we proceeded to basically recite the commercial and JG Wentworth taglines verbatim. Made us realize how great of a brand JG Wentworth is, hence this review. Keep it up my dudes. 5 stars.

  I went to them to refinance my house, and although it didn't work out they did refund my appraisal fee, so overall was a good experience.
