  Ashley helped me refinance my home, saving nearly $200 a month. We are saving a ton of money, and with service that cant be beaten. Interest rates have dropped and it is a great time to refinance. If you're thinking about refinancing, I definitely recommend you ask for Ashley! It was an easy process and well worth it!

  Began application for HELOC in Jun 2021 and after three months no one could give me a date for closing. We began at a rate of 4.5 and then recently I received documentation for 6.75. My experience with home loan process is high. I will not be referring New American Funding to anyone.

  We recently finished refinancing our home with New American Funding with Pherrrin Strain as manager. From our first contact with Pherrin until the final signing she and her associates were friendly, professional and tended to details quickly. They sure reduced our stress during the process. Five stars, highest marks - can't recommend too highly!

  My experience with New American Funding was a good one. They made the entire process of obtaining a mortgage relatively pain free. I recommend Raymond Sykes as a loan consultant. He patiently answered all questions and guided me throughout the process.

  I found really amazing rates for a Home REFI with New American Funding. My contact Kathy Le got the ball rolling immediately. I secured a rate 1.25% lower than what my original loan was. The whole process took a month and half which is pretty fast. I would highly recommend New American Funding for a home refi. It's a lot of paperwork but their system makes it easier with an online portal. Now my mortgage payment will be approx $300 less a month!

  They have decent rates and our loan officer Sam Sanandajifar was very helpful! But their team (Julie H.) is very slow and not very efficient in the process of figuring what loan docs they already have and very slow in getting the loan closed. We were told we could close 1st week of Sept, then the 2nd week, and finally closed the 3rd week, costing us more loan fees and late fees! Time is money and it kept getting delayed by their BS of one dept not knowing what docs were still needed, when they had them the whole time! And ours was such a simple refi, since we had just bought the house less than 2 yrs prior, so all docs were in order. Overall just a very frustrating experience!

  The entire experience with New American was terrible. At first the rep was responsive until we agreed to go with their company for our refinance. We were told when we started the process on Oct 6, that we would be able to close by Oct 31. When we would call to inquire, we would never get a hold of our rep and would have to call the main number to speak to anyone. When we were finally able to speak to someone they would say “You’re almost there.” This happened for several weeks until we finally called daily. The loan finally closed on December 17th. I would never use New American or recommend them to anyone.

  Was the best experience ever working with Bailey, he was there for me every step of the way in my loan process. Every time I had a question or concern it was handled immediately. In this day and age we all live in you just don’t see that kind of customer service rendered.   Patrick did a great job on our refinance. We consolidated three loans into one. We'll be paying it off sooner and with lower payments! Patrick was very responsive and easy to work with.
