      Wouldn't even give you a star but have to to rate. You guys seriously just ruined our whole December with your bs. First you don't have a app so my husband wasn't notified when online fraud happend on his new account then you say itl take 4 days tops to fix it and send us the paper work. It took 2 weeks and you didn't fix it you freaking send us a paper Xmas eve saying to call the place ourselves and fix it. Who the f does that. And to top it off thanks to this whole ordeal you made our rent check bounce and the paper work was for them so theyv been waiting 2 weeks and now it'll be what another 2 weeks all while we still owe them $130 in fees thanks to this. Plus you refuse to give us back our $30 for your mess. Get your crap together. And your customer service not helpful at all. Not even open 24/7 barley open 12 a day. You should just close

      Honestly baffling how difficult their online banking is to use. Half the time it doesn't let me login, and the other half, none of the functions even work. I also received no help when I reached out to them about these online issues.
