Meranda Andrews1This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. As multiple other reviewers have stated, if you are going to refinance on your home, their (the financial company they use) contract IS A LIEN on your property!!! There is a $295 “processing” fee and on this document they specifically state the turn around time is 2-5 business days to process. Here we are going on almost two weeks of them giving our title agency a run around. Our title agency has been in contact with Valerie who initially said they would have it in the mail and received Friday via FedEx, here it is Monday and we have yet to receive anything. There was a gentleman who came to our door to sell us this system, we set a time and day that he could come back and meet with us. Upon us telling him we appreciate your time “my husband and I would like to discuss this before we sign”...he was so upset and unprofessional. I asked for business cards to follow up he bluntly said “nope don’t have any,” I asked him for additional paperwork we could review to make a decision he said “nope can’t leave any.” At this point he pouted the entire time while packing up his stuff to leave. My husband decided to call whoever he said was in charge/the manager and he “miraculously” worked out the numbers to waive all these fees to act like we were getting a better deal from what we were quoted initially by the salesman. They stated that someone would come to check on the water system 1-2 times per year as well as to come check how the water system is running after being installed and we have yet to have anyone come out since we’ve had the system installed in 08/2019. Save yourself the hassle and go with another water softener company!! Both the financial company they use as well as the water softener company themselves are horrible!! My husband and I are paying off the loan so we don’t have to deal with them anymore. I’ll be contacting the BBB because our experience has been far from pleasant. It’s our fault that we didn’t take the time to look into this company prior to signing with them.

The water treatment system that you purchased is the collateral for our loan. Because the collateral may be affixed to your real property, we have notified your county that we have a security interest specifically in this fixture. This security interest specifically applies only to your equipment and not to the home itself. This notice was not filed as a result of your payment record and it has no negative implication whatsoever on you or your property. Our records reflect the subordination package was processed and returned to your title company 4 days after receipt of the documents. Regarding your concerns about the the sales representative, You may wish to bring your concerns to your selling contractor. If you do not have contact information for that company, please contact Customer Service at 1.800.345.4772 ext 1800 and we may be able to assist you in obtaining that information.

Esco251Don’t use this company to finance your water system, they set you up with a high interest revolving account and they charge you high fees of $295 ever year. Also a lien on your property will exist as long as you have a balance on the account. All of this is never explained by the sales rep of the vendor who charges way too much for the product. Total scam Live and learn.

Y. Walters1Like most everyone else here, this company wants me to pay an extra $95 for a recording fee to release a fixture filing against my property. This was never explained during the presentation of the water softener system we purchased. Why??? Further the rep I spoke to on today was extremely nasty & yelling at me. Customer Service sucks with this company and you can rarely get anyone on the phone. Needless to say, I will never use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone!!!

Terry W.5ISPC is an amazing company. Their entire staff is absolutely fantastic. We have been a dealer using ISPC financing for several years now and we are very happy. The finance programs they offer allow our customers to purchase our product with ease. They offer extremely low payments as well as low interest rates. I would recommend this company very highly to anyone and everyone.

Jennifer Reagan1I purchased a water softener for my home. I have documentation stating that the softener was $8,999. For some reason ispc has reported a 9500 balance maxed out on my credit report. I called customer service with no answer. I will be contacting my attorney if i don't hear back by the end of this week.

G F1I strongly agree with you !!they should shot down this company they are completely ripoff, they steal your money l was paying $35 a month for seven years then i sold my home and they send me a bill for $3000 .the whole for the original loan . When i call they told my monthly payment was only for interest i was in shock. Please be aware don't use this company at all don't be their next victim!!

As with similar types of charge accounts, as the consumer, you dictate how much to pay on an account – if only the minimum monthly payment is made, it will take longer than if larger payments are made. Our records indicate your lender required you to pay your account balance prior to the sale of your home. This was not our requirement. Most financed home improvement product sold with the home usually must be paid prior to the sale.

alex fernandez5When you look at the reviews for ISPC it can really paint a horrible picture in your head and make you think these must be the worst people in the world. I can assure you they are not and they are actually friendly and helpful. I am moving to a new home and found out about the UCC-1 that was on my house so i called in to see what i needed to do about this that way i could sell my previous home. when i called i did have to leave a message which did scare me but i got a return call very quickly. i explained the situation to the lady and she said i would need to speak to Kim about this and she transferred me over and she told me she was on the phone so i would need to leave a VM. So i did and again Kim reached back to me very quickly and explained what i would have to do and emailed a form to me. once I got the form i had some questions and i emailed her back and she replied very quickly and helped me out a lot. I cant stress how stressed out i was because of this especially reading all the comments but Kim got back to me again said she spoke with my title company and everything would be fine and the UCC would be removed and applied to the new home. I had no issues and yes it does suck to pay a monthly bill but that is what i signed up for so i know it has to be done. If i could request one thing though is that ISPC talk to their vendors to give this info more up front because if i hadn't called this could have been a different situation. The sales guy at guardian did not relay any of this info to me and my wife which i can see how people can feel betrayed when they find out. All i can tell people is call them and talk to them and they are not as bad as some people have said on here, and again THANK YOU KIM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Garion Brodeur1If you have the opportunity to avoid this mob- do it. I tried to look up reviews before the salesman made it final but convinced me i had to do it then and there or the price would go way up. He comes to your house to "test" your water and it always produces awful results. He tells you about Flint Michigan and how your water is going to be the same. The product they sell you doesnt even combat things like this and you can buy it at Home Depot $8000 cheaper. It puts a lien on your house and the customer service acts like the Mob. Avoid them at all costs, its a legal scam run by lawyers.
