  This company can make getting a mortgage and refinancing happen. They will search till they find the best option for you.   Do NOT use CMG Financial. I had the worst experience ever. Shannon Wheeler is a crook. He told me I could get a specific interest rate, then on the day of closing it turns out the paperwork he sent was different, but he never told me. I ended up having to pay $3000 in points just to save the deal and not have the seller walk. Shannon never formally apologized or made it right in any way. STAY AWAY!
