  Not only was Bradley able to efficiently guide us through the process of home inspection and making an offer, but he is also able to procure wholesale mortgage rates as a lender. It makes sense for a lender to be the one to approve your purchase; he is able to assess the houses as you look at them and provide experience for what drives market prices in your area. We were able to be pre-approved and close on the house we wanted in less than a month; this would be unheard of for a bank lender. Over a year later, and we are still very happy with our purchase.
