  Do NOT come here to sell anything. This place low balls harder than anywhere else i have Ever seen. You’d be way better off selling your stuff at a different pawn shop or elsewhere.

  We told you in the beginning we wouldn't except your item because it was "incomplete" making it only harder for us to resell. We provided you an option to buy your items back and give you some cash but I guess you didn't view it this way, we're sorry for trying to help

  Sold me a broken iPad for 125 and wouldn’t not refund offered $25 very rude and dismissive

  The iPad was in working condition when it left here, as it was shown to you before your purchase. iPads are updated by Apple on a regular basis, and as older ones get updated, certain apps and features may no longer work. What apps or features those are are beyond our control. we couldn't possibly know the ones you wanted to use would no longer be compatible. You also mentioned you were having other issues almost as soon as it was purchased, yet you waited a month to bring that to our attention. We would have had a better chance to work with you on an option that worked better for you had you come in sooner. We tried to offer you an alternate solution outside of our no refund or exchange policy when you came in and you refused. We are sorry you had a bad experience.

  Honestly doesn’t matter if the owner or whoever responds to this, myself as well as 30 other people are baffled and won’t be coming back to this business with how little computer knowledge this place had turn down a $1500 laptop for PAWN because of a $3 cord from the brick to laptop and then said they didn’t have one in the shop seeing hundreds of laptops with cords and 4 of the exact cord while exiting. Do not recommend to sell or buy from them they don’t know the market value of items like that and won’t give you a honest value of your item.

  Your continuation of bashing businesses leaving negative google reviews only provides one sided bias opinions lacking informative knowledge that if thirty people listened to you rant wouldn't take you seriously. You brought in a laptop completely dead, missing half its power supply but I should have looked for the correct charger to power up your laptop? When you walked out, there is only hdmi cables in the bins you were seeing but we lack computer knowledge? If your going to leave a review for a business while only spending two minutes in their store proves only the knowledge you lack and doesn't provide clarity to what that business actually does to help people.

  I have been going to National Pawnbrokers for almost 20 years. They have always been great to me. I have bought many different things from them....jewelry to guns to electronics and always been happy with my purchase. One thing I learned is that sometimes they may not have repriced things in the store if the prices have gone down...but if you let them know...they will work with you. I have been in there recently and they have almost a whole new staff and manager and are even better to work with!! I will keep going to them and hope you will too!!! P.S. I love their layaway program.....6 MONTHS!!!
