  I called to ask about a mortgage and not only did the tell me they weren't the right fit but they gave me advice on my alternative options. It was a great experience. Felt honest.

  I went in to close my account and the teller wouldn't give me cash and instead gave me a check. His reason " we just don't have that much cash right now". It was only a small amount So glad I am done with this garbage credit union.

  The employees are friendly and prompt. I like their online services as well as the in-person interactions. Opening and managing the account is easy.

  Good bank. Lots of perks, one of the best on interest. They have special accounts that pay very high interest if you set up auto deposit from your work. Lots of branches around Clark County too.

  Really used to enjoy this place. Unfortunately they gotten a bit too big and don’t know how to communicate very well. I went here because they made you feel like a person now they appear to be going all automated with all correspondence. It’s really a shame.
