  These guys really know their stuff. They are super nice and easy to get along with. They wasted no time getting to work and they worked in harmony to complete the inspection. Upon completion of the inspection, explained their report in layman's terms. The report was emailed immediately and was in a lay out that is easy to read and understand. Without hesitation I would recommend them for your next new or pre-owned home inspection.

  As a Realtor, I personally use Jay & Todd from Advanced Home Inspections on my properties. They have been business for 16 years & know their stuff! I feel like when my clients hire Jay & Todd to do their home inspection, they always like them! They are both really good about letting you know what is wrong with a house but will also keep you calm if there is an issue letting you know if its big deal or not. They are very informative but not over reactive.

  Amazing inspection report. All potential and current issues were identified and ensured the home we bought was in the best condition or all issues were listed. They found even the smallest of issues present in our home and we were able to negotiate the price of the home saving us thousands.

  Jay was thorough, prompt, and keyed into major items. I was hesitant to use an inspection, as I am a handyman and knew most of the items already. But his detailed report helped use, though our realator, to negotiate a better price! I would recommend him, without doubt.

  We used this company a couple of times to inspect some of the houses we were thinking about buying. They did a good job on the first one (which we didn't end up buying) so we had them do another. They spotted some things we didn't. We ended up asking to have those things fixed and got that done. Hopefully, I won't be in the market for a house for a very long time. If I am, I would use Advanced again.

  Holy moly was Jay was awesome. This was the first time I had ever gotten a home inspection and wasn't sure what to expect. Don't bother using anyone else if you need your home inspected. He is a true professional.
