Jared Cloud5I have had some issues with my debt card that I received from a different branch of US bank. The customer service employee Mr. Hernandez has helped me multiple times and as been nothing less than outstanding. He has gladly assisted me with any problem that arose in a friendly and professional manner. If any US bank member ever has card/account problems I would highly recommend contacting the Woodland branch of US bank for this individuals assistance.

Alethea Estes1Just wanted to give customers a heads up that if you are in a hurry, this is not the branch to go to. I waited 15 minutes and only 2 of the 8 customers in front of me were served by 3 tellers. There was a woman at a desk off to the side who watched but did not offer to help customers to help move the line along and decrease wait time. Finally, I was forced to leave because I had an appointment, and I did not foresee being helped in the next 30 minutes. When I left, there were the 8 customers in front of me and 5 more behind me.

Jessie Lingle1I would not recommend my friends or family to bank through us bank. I have had nothing but problems, and when I try to get them fixed their so unprofessional and don’t want to help you fix your problem, they want you to fix it yourself.

Mark Eaton1Terrible customer service. You get laughed at when you ask a question. The teller would rather type on his computer to someone than process my transaction. 3x he did this instead of entering my information. Never once did the teller say hi to me or make small talk or ask a question, I felt like a wall was making a deposit. Several other people were in and out before me. Should have taken 2 minutes to process, yet I was there over at least 5 times as long. The teller felt put out I asked for more than one receipt. After all that the teller had the nerve to make a snarky remark to me. All I asked for was a second receipt. I will NEVER go back to this branch again and am considering pulling all my business accounts from US Bank. Too many times they have made errors in my deposits costing me more time to clear it up, and to reconcile my banking every month, and the aggravation that comes with the statement "There is nothing more else we can do we are already doing everything we can." This means then that no one is responsible for the errors? No one is accountable either? Terrible way to treat business customers.
