  Miguel Morales has been a wonderful representation of the friendly professionalism and thoughtful follow through that I have come to associate with Investors Bank. Up until now my regular interactions with the bank have been through work. This was my first personal interaction, and the level of attention negotiating the ups and downs of purchasing a coop were made smoother and that much more reassuring thanks to Miguel's attention to detail and attentiveness.   My husband and I bought our first home 3 years ago and had a lot of questions as this was our first time going through the process. Our realtor referred us to Nicole Habib who was fabulous from start to finish. She was thorough, responsive, professional and a pleasure to work with. We have referred several friends to Nicole because of our positive experience and if and when we decide to purchase another home, I would work reach back out to Nicole in a heartbeat.

  We worked with John Miccio on 2 different occasions to refinance our home mortgage. John was very responsive, knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer our questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend him as a specialist who can help with any loan related financial matters.

  Kristen Figueroa was an excellent loan officer. She went out of her way to constantly assist us and answer my questions and concerns, even during her days and vacation!   Recently had an incredible experience: While Investors had the lowest rates I could find anyway, I stopped shopping around because I did not care if I came across a lower rate elsewhere after realizing the outstanding personalized care that I was receiving from our loan officer, Joseph Scimone. His level of professionalism and communication throughout the process was second to none! Many thanks to Joseph and his team for helping us secure the perfect home for our family. 5 Stars - highly recommended!

  I worked with Caitlyn Brown and her team and had a great experience. The communication and professionalism was refreshing and Caitlyn worked diligently in getting us to the closing table. She was very responsive to phone calls and emails and never dropped the ball. Everyone was professional and competent from beginning to end which made the home buying experience very easy. This is my second time working with Investors and I am very happy.

  I had an extremely pleasant experience with this bank; specifically my representative, Alex Contri. Response times were immediate, documentation requests were organized and communication was continuous. The process was simplistic, with roadblock workarounds to keep the process moving along. Rates were also great. In addition, Matthew Indelicato, the mortgage processor on my account also did a great job at moving things along. A pleasure in this regard as well. Highly recommend giving Alex a call to fulfill your needs.

  Very good place to go to and very professional. My wife and I went to Bob to refinance our home and he was literally with us every step of the way and very quick with his responses. We managed to save more money now refinancing our home and it was the best decision we made. I wish I can give this 10 stars. Thank you again.

  We were very pleased with the attention and customer service we received from Investors' loan officers Alex Contri and Kristen Figueroa, as well as Mortgage Processor Matthew Indelicato. We had a complex and difficult process, as we did a refinance and a purchase with complexities due to riparian and other issues. Our closing was postponed numerous times (through no fault of the Investors team), yet the professionals at Investors paid strict attention to the details of our loan application and closing from start to finish. We spoke with them nearly every day for over two months, and they were constant in their professional demeanor and genuine concern for our transaction. They also interacted with our attorney and real estate agent to find solutions to the issues that arose, and our final outcome was successful and positive.

  We began the mortgage process in October for a 11/30/2018 closing date. Bob Bodor was all over the process. The mortgage process can be tedious and drawn out, but with the help of Bob and his support staff each step along the way, it went extremely smooth. They were very responsive and available for any question that I had. Over the course of the mortgage process, we spoke almost daily and they were always very pleasant to work with. We even received a rate reduction of 1/4 point due to his diligence in following the progression of the market. I would definitely recommend Bob and Investors Bank! Thank you Bob!
