Recently I had some confusion over a withdrawal, and the Branch Manager Christina Brady was patient and kind. It was my miscalculation, but she and her entire team made me feel valued and important.

Chanel Johnson1I had some business to handle today at this branch with which I encountered the most rude young black man as a teller. The way he talked to me was unacceptable. This is not the way you deal with the public. I asked for a manager and was basically told no she’s not available. I don’t know what type of training this young man has had but this is not the way you deal with customers who handle business and place they’re money in this bank institution. So I’ll soon be moving my money and won’t bother with chase bank anymore.

NB4Great local branch with superb customer service. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I opened up a new account 2 months ago and the customer service rep Amber hasn't been returning any of my calls or emails.

Millie Greene1I would leave 0 stars if I could. absolute HORRIBLE customer service. RUDE responses. long waits. a ton of employees constantly walking around doing nothing but planning their lunch dates when the lines are almost to the door. tried to ask for assistance and was rudely shut down.

I went to the branch to make a notary appointment and they said the only way to make an appointment was through the Chase app and they sent me away. I got home but the app was not responding at the time. I called back and they again refused to get me the notary. I use this service regularly in a different Chase branch and it was never 'only through the app' service.
