  Working with LaShawn Holt and her team has been a great experience. After a few data gathering meetings, we were able to get reshuffle our banking relationship consolidated and personalized. As a result, my credit score has shot up to all-time highs and we have been able to use the extra cash flow to help others in need. I love the convenient location for us.

  I highly recommend InvesTex Credit Union's Atascocita branch. The customer service that my husband and I received was phenomenal. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Terry Ushack. She is always so positive and patient. I can honestly say that in all of my experiences with other banks and credit unions this is by far the best costumer service that I have ever received. Ms. Terry has gone above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I were taken care of. Thanks Ms.Terry for all that you do!

  I had a fantastic experience working with JORRIE SUELL. She was professional, kind, and made sure we had all the facts to make the best decision during our auto refi. Jorrie respected our time and made sure we got down to business and we left very satisfied. I've been with other banks before but this credit union in particular really helped me get a hold of my finances and make the best decisions for our family. They honestly care about what they are doing here and you don't find that at other big banks. Thanks again Jorrie!

  Terry Uschak Provided elite customer service. my car had been totaled due to an unforeseen accident and within less than a week she put me in a new car process was smooth as butter. The customer service here is why I stayed a member with this credit union for so many years. Because of them I’ve built my credit to what it is today they gave a young man a chance and that’s all I asked for. We definitely need more investex credit unions built around though!

  Can’t ask for better service from this branch and from the credit union. I have been working with the credit union for years and every time something is needed they find a way to get it done. I especially want to recognize Robyn Perry for assisting me. She offers great customer service, genuine concern for the customer and timely responses.   Kassandra Lara at the Atascocita branch has really provided me with a level of service I've never received anywhere else, They really make us feel like we're valued members of their institution . Kassandra has practically catered to all of our needs and their interest rates are so low I try and tell everyone about InvesTex.   Joselyn and Kassandra were wonderful to work with through the whole auto loan process. I asked if the process could be done in 2 1/2 days since I was buying the vehicle out of state and the previous credit union I had applied to weeks in advance weren’t responding. They went above and beyond. Not once did I have to worry since they kept in touched with me and answered all my questions. Thank you again ladies, we are very appreciative!

  I recently opened an account at this location with Ms. Jorrie for my auto loan. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. This was my first auto loan and I had a lot of questions. She took the time to answer all of them. I am very pleased with the custom service that I received.
