Gia Atwon5My husband told me about the Prosper location that had just opened when we were looking to do an auto refi. I applied online and then went to the office to finish up the paperwork. Rasy was amazing! I was able to get really great rates and terms, plus I like knowing that if I ever have questions there's a physical location I can go to rather than trying to navigate a sea of option over the phone like many big banks. This has a real personal touch that I really appreciated. Would highly recommend checking them out.

Yesenia Brand1The most unpleasant experience EVER with a credit union!!! The staff is ridiculously unprofessional, got hung up on and refused to hand the phone over to someone else for assistance. Wouldn't let me finish my inquiry before cutting me off!!! NO customer service offered at this place! Paid a vehicle off in APRIL and they LOST my title and wont hand out a lien release!!! Horrible service!!!!!!!!

Diane1Door clearly states the lobby is open Mon-Friday until 5pm, went in today and it was locked shut. The line for the two atms outside was 6 cars long. This is my second time using this location. The first time the teller was condescending towards me asked me to sign in and make an appointment next time to use machines, however she did not require or give her spiel to the man who came in after me. Not impressed with this location at all.

Dustin H1I had the unfortunate experience of having to go inside the branch for the first time. This of course only after they started charging a $10 service fee to make a loan payment online. This is really the worst establishment I have ever had the displeasure of using! The below picture is what to expect at the drive thru and after you've waited several minutes inside. No real human tellers. I feel physically drained after the worst bank experience ever! I can't get refinanced elsewhere soon enough!

contessa brady2I understand there are tellers there to help. But, when you have to wait for 45 minutes to get a replacement debit card...it gets annoying no matter how nice the tellers are. And, the tellers truly are really nice there. It’s not their fault corporate changed things up. I’m sorry, but I like the ole school bank setup. Bring it back please!
