Bernard Lane1In Touch Credit Union is certainly not in touch with its customers. I recently paid the outstanding balance on a car loan using my bank’s bill pay so that I could transfer the vehicle with a clear title. Between my issuing the payment and ITCU’s receipt of it, interest accrued in the amount of $3.71, so the lien release did not take place. If you follow that mathematical logic, it means that the loan balance would never be completely paid: there would always be a balance however small. So, after 25 minutes on hold to talk to a human, I was told I should go to a branch and pay the balance. I did., thinking that at least I would be dealing with an actual person. At the branch, a person walked me over to an ATM machine and handed me a phone receiver whereupon a person appeared on screen and began talking to me. Seriously! I paid the $3.71 and then was told that even a few more dollars of interest had accrued. I paid that. I requested that the lien be released electronically and immediately and was told they couldn’t do that. Texas DPS was clear that that is the only way it is done in this state. By that time, I had raised the interest of the person inside an office. After hanging up with the machine, she got someone on the phone who actually knew how to accomplish the lien release. I cancelled my membership before leaving.

kyle gieseke1Changed from 5 stars to 1!! Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever used. ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR SINCE I PAID THEM TO GET MY CAR TITLE AND REGISTRATION DONE. They will not contact me back I’ve lost so much money using this company. I wish I never would’ve gone with them. They have stopped contacting me and continue to mess up paper work pushing back the time. I really wish there was something I could do about this. Any legal advice is welcome!

Solomon Solis5I misplaced my debit card so I made an appointment to stop in today to get a new one and William was very helpful and quick. While I was there, I asked him for more information in regards to switching my checking account type and he didn't hesitate to assist with that either. I was able to get a new debit card and change my account type all within 20-30 min. Very pleasant experience!

Jose Laguna2As a share branch it's useless it's the third time I have issues accessing my credit union through share banking. Waisted an hour trying to withdraw money and once the automated... teller couldn't make my transaction, she asked if I had an ATM to use instead? Like if I did, I would be waisting my time there... (waiting for my new card) long story short, my bank directed me to Prestige community credit union and I was in and out in 10min. Lesson learn, hope you guys fix your issues.
