  We just financed our 3rd vehicle through Texans Credit Union, and I can't say enough about the amazing customer service and overall experience. Sanchita was my primary contact for the auto loan...all I can say is wow! Her follow up was both immediate and thorough and the process was painless...I think she was as excited about me getting the new vehicle as I was. Well done Texans CU!

  After having a (very positive) back-and-forth with a branch manager at a different location, she sent my paperwork and information to the Allen branch since it was much closer for me, and Sanchita here at the Allen location took great care of me. She was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door (or, was let in, because of COVID restrictions), and didn't hesitate to invite me to reach out to her should I have any questions or concerns about anything. Great job, Texans CU!

  Such a great experience. I was referred to Texans Credit Union by a friend for a car loan and for the purpose of rebuilding my credit. Sanchita was my contact. She was so helpful and genuine. I hate it when people say this but, it really was like talking with one of my friends. They are everything I was told and then some. Great Experience. Thank You Sanchita!
