James Shields1This place has the worst customer service. They say whatever it takes to get you to open a account and then when all said and done it's not what was promised They don't explain anything on how there auto loans work or how you make your payments. My first payment was late because of poor customer service and explanation of process of refinance loan.i will be looking for new company.I wouldn't recommend this credit union to anyone.

Samuel Powers1Never had a single conversation or business relationship with this company and am opted out of pretty much everything marketing and advertising, but they are contacting me directly. I would avoid a company that doesn't respect the fact that you wish not to be contacted. Update: I went out of my way to tell them not to contact me again. They promised not to. Just got mail from them again. Terrible company. Don't do business with them. They will lie to your face.

Donn5The staff are very friendly and helpful. When something was not working out quite right they gave me options to come back, wait in the comfortable lobby, or they would call me when the issue was resolved. Thanks for taking care of me.

Katie Whetstone1I find it very strange that Interra would choose to create a branch without cash services or even an ATM. I suggest rethinking this.
