  Tony Williams is very kind and helpful! If you have to leave a message,( which was rare because he usually picked up when I called) he is very timely with returning calls. My buyers and I were happy with his professionalism. I highly recommend him if you need a lender.

  Tony Williams is extremely kind and personable. Always readily available at all odd hours of the night and weekends. Even when we didn't have questions he kept up with regularly scheduled weekly check-ins on the process. We always felt he was in our corner rooting for our success. Can't recommend him enough!

  Chris, Brion, and his entire team are top notch. Chris was recommended to us by a friend when our previous mortgage company did not give us what we believed to be a good deal on a cash-out refinance. We contacted Chris and he was able to lower our interest rate significantly, shorten our loan term, and allow us to take cash out to renovate our house. The application process was very simple, with instructional videos provided every step of the way. We received quick responses to our questions via email or text at all hours of the day. Chris and his team really went above and beyond and we could not be more pleased! We will recommend Chris Squires Group to everyone that we encounter who is seeking a mortgage loan.   I would highly recommend Chris and his mortgage group to anyone looking to buy a home. He was able to help me and my fiancé purchase the home of our dreams. We received a very great interest rate on our loan. We were dealing with another mortgage company before ans they were very unprofessional so I’m glad we changed. We found our future lake house in September, fell in love with it and closed by mid October. We were able to move swiftly on our offer and closing even with the pandemic going on. Both Chris and Brion were very professional to work with in every aspect and the first time buying course Chris put me though was a major help in understanding the home buying process.   Chris Squires and his team did what everyone else said could not be done. During Covid, banks and lenders raised their requirements above that of what is actually required to purchase a home. After months of looking in a sellers market for a rental, I'd pretty much given up. I was introduced to The Squires Group and now own my own home, inside of a 40 day window on top of it all. They were there throughout the entire process to answer any questions I had and made the process simple with real time up to date information and electronic documentation signing, do no matter where I was, we were still able to seal the deal.
