  Jae Robert is singlehandedly the best mortgage expert I’ve had the pleasure of working with (and I’ve done the mortgage rodeo multiple times). As opposed to many others, who will tell you what you can’t do, Jae comes up with options for every situation. I’ve worked two deals with Jae and both were so much smoother than any other loan officer I’ve worked with. She is highly responsive and detail oriented. She is also a very strong advocate for her clients. She was a godsend when it came to getting appraisals. In tricky situations, she was forthright about my options and transparent about which ones were more likely to succeed. A key to a strong mortgage partner is execution, and Jae executes! At no point in either deal was Jae or my mortgage the long pole. I am so grateful my realtor introduced me to Jae and I strongly recommend her!

  I would give Zero Stars if allowed . In all my years in the real estate industry this by far has been the worst mortgage company I have ever encountered. An absolute lack of care, professionalism and service . Appraisal done just 3 days prior to initial agreed closing date 30 days after contract . Three extensions and 17 days after agreed 30 days we still do not have docs. Horrible communication . Stay away , an absolute disgrace to the industry .
