      Got locked out of truck and running home. Walked in because I knew it was likely they would have a water fountain or bathroom with sink so I could get some water and when I asked if they had a restroom the older bank teller asked rudely if I was a customer. Which I am(I have a business account). But the fact that she was going to turn me away from grabbing some water when I am clearly wearing normal close and sweating profusely and should maybe signal that I am not in a great situation and could use some water, that is a low empathetic woman and should be fired. The first younger girl who Was the person I had originally asked and was standing right next to the older woman simply said, “yes, right over there.”

      I've been a long time client with Legacy Texas Bank and they were really wonderful. They recently just merged with Prosperity Bank, what a joke, the new system they are currently on is so outdated, not to mention contacting customer service is a minimum of a 30 minute hold time. I tried telling the clerk what the issue was and could care less. Told him I was going to leave Prosperity and he didn't care at all. This bank is no longer about customer service, all I was trying to do was figure out a way where I can payoff a car but I can't even do that through their bill pay system because they won't send checks to PO Box address's. I'm done with you guys.

      We have been Legacy customers for 5 years and had several issues during the merger with Prosperity. After visiting three locations for assistance we ended up at the Plano location with Ignacio. He was friendly and helpful and was able to relieve our frustrations and fix all the issues we had while still managing a lobby full of customers and the phones ringing constantly. All the staff at the Plano location was friendly and welcoming and made us more comfortable about the fact that this is our new bank.

      Customer of Legacy Texas Bank. They were bought out by Prosperity. Daily emails, 3 or 4 letters, just to remind us all of the change that was to occur on 6/8/20. 5 days in, and this place is losing my business. Legacy's mobile deposit was nearly instant. Prosperity...4 hours and counting Call the local branch, right across the street from my driveway, the parking lot is empty, 27 minutes waiting for someone to answer. I'm out. Good luck prosperity. With all due respect, you suck.

      Worst experience ever, we've been with them for almost 10 years before view point switched to legacy and then switched tonto prosperity and we've experienced the worst customer service. We spent 3hrs waiting in the lobby, we're gonna close out account and be done with them. They just withdraw $200 in fees that we didn't even knew about it when they switched their names we couldn't even see our bank account or activate our debit cards!! Not to mention that both went to the wrong address, because they forgot to switch address!!!

      Went in for cashiers check, system crashed. They made me aware but failed to make me feel taken care of, so I keep standing at the counter until my feet got tired. They call me up again and ask a question or to verify info and would walk off, leaving me standing. I’d suggest keep customers updated frequently and suggest taking a seat or offering a beverage. That would have made this review *****

      Why is the wait time to talk to a CSR so long? Why do they ask you for a good number just in case you get disconnected so they can call you back? Then when you've had about the waiting you can do, someone finally picks up and when your almost done...they hang up on you and never call you back? Why is it a multi-day ordeal just to do something that legacy could have handled in less than 5 minutes? I can't understand how this bank stays in business much less buys another bank and customers still stay here.

      In this morning, I withdrew $200 at the counter by 2 hundred bills, but 1 bill was fake bill. I never been this situation. Afternoon, I went back for exchange it, and teller exchanged it, but she said just "Sorry". Teller was not kind and expressionless. She was not sincerity. Bank must checked the fake bills. I never seen the 100 fake bill before today by the Prosperity Bank. I new everyone can make mistake, but she didn't say with true heart.
