  Roger and team are the only brokers I ever want to work with when funding a property. Some of the new underwriting requirements were new to me (covid remote work etc.).   Julie and Roger Rigstad are professional, responsive, knowledgeable loan officers that get the job done on time every time! Their customer service is second to none. They keep their buyers and the buyers' agent informed of the loan status in a timely manner and work aggressively to resolve any issues that might happen along the way. They answer their phones and return calls and emails the same day. Their communication skills are excellent and they are very knowledgeable on a myriad of loan products so they can provide the buyer with the product best suited to their individual needs.   Oh my gosh, Roger and Julie are THE BEST. After working with them, I understand what a mortgage company should be and we won't work with anyone else now.   I’ve closed two loans now with Roger, and can tell you that nobody else has your back like him. Roger WILL get your loan to the closing table. Even when I had issues come up, Roger got them resolved right away. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else for a home loan!
