  It was a pleasure working with Steve! He was able to find us a great rate and locked us in before the rates started going up. Our real estate agent, who called a few of his contacts, asked around and wasn't able to come close to what Steve was able to get us. He communicated clearly to us, and responded to all of our questions real quick. 10/10 would recommend Discount Mortgage!

  Just want to share a some very positive words about my experience with Discount Mortgage (Steve and Andrea). I am moving 1000 miles so it wasn't easy for me to apply for a mortgage. I am 70 years old and NOT tech savy but Steve and Andrea walked me through scanning needed documents and then attaching each one to an e-mail. Both watched rates and called me when it was time to lock in a rate. My realtor was very surprised at the low rate they secured. Both were always available by phone. Steve attended the closing with me and explained anything I had a question about. I would definitely recommend Discount Mortgage over any of the "big guys". I can't say enough about the personalized service I received from both Steve and Andrea.

  Steve was amazing and helped the process of finding our dream home. We had a small deadline of 2 weeks for everything and he was so above and beyond with getting our documents in on time and as even with us during our signing for closing. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for the right mortgage company!

  Steve definitely didn’t know what he was signing up to work with when he met me as I was no easy client. I had some debt to pay off, a credit rescore that needed to happen, and about 675 questions as this was new experience for me. Steve made himself available to me and was beyond patient. He explained things in detail so I could understand, and was very easy to get ahold of when I had last minute questions. He also got me in touch with his wonderful assistant Andrea who I appreciated as well. I truly felt that Steve worked incredibly hard to save me the most money possible and I appreciated his integrity, professionalism and kindness through the process. I am very proud of my decision to use Steve and know that if you choose him and his company, you will feel the same.
