  I came in and everyone was so full of energy and was very nice and welcoming I was in and out and got the assistant I needed definitely will be back to do business great people and great customer service!!!! All the ladies are great

  From the moment I walked in I was greeted with very friendly staff. They made me and my family feel very welcome. They helped me get approved when really needed a loan. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a loan.

  Whenever you walk into this store you are greeted by EVERYONE!!!! No matter how busy it is they always make it a point to say hello to you. They always have a smile on their face and the staff has positive energy!

  When I first came here I was in a bad spot and honestly I was pretty apprehensive about getting a loan for the first time but when I tell you that the ladies here at Instant Loans of West Columbia SC have not only made the process simple and easy but also very warm and friendly, I completely mean it 100%! These ladies handle their job with 100% professionalism and have never let me down one time and I’ve had my loan for over half a year now!! So long story short if you need a loan, these ladies have your back!

  First time going to a loan place. I tried to get one from the bank I go through since I have been with them for years but was denied. I called in for more information and they did the application over the phone. The computer was not up yet (I called at 9 am on the dot when they opened) and was told she would call me back. An hour later I was approved! When i arrived at the office it was neat and we were greeted when we walked in. Even though the application was done on the phone it took about 45 minutes to complete everything which part of it was me trying to think of the 6 references needed for the loan. I was even approved for more than I was asking and they have a payment scale set up to pay the loan back per pay period instead of all at once!! So, we do not have another "bill" over our heads.

  The customer service is PERFECT!! Kisha, Belinda and the staff makes me feel like family! I recommend the west Columbia store over all. If you need money go there you won't be disappointed.
