  I had a great experience working with Neil. He was able to source an excellent mortgage for me from a lender I could have never found on my own. I shopped around for the best interest only terms/rates, and Neil was able to offer the best. He offered great advice throughout the whole process and helped get the loan across the finish line. I definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to find a mortgage with great rates.

  This review is long overdue as we purchased our home last year but we had to share our experience in case others are having the same issues. We have somewhat complicated self employment and trust income and had trouble getting our loan through 2 other lenders. We were referred to Romy at Insignia and he and his team were able to help us get our loan quickly and easily and was hands down the best experience we’ve had purchasing a home. They do have a fee that the other banks didn’t charge but it was definitely worth not having to worry. Thank you Romy and team!

  Being a recent arrival to LA from Hong Kong, getting any finance or help on purchase’s is not easy after wasting time speaking to “international banks” and other recommended lenders who help internationals all I had was a bunch of people pulling my credit reports without any options and just wasting time, luckily I was introduced to Chris Furie who is an absolute gun he was super direct and upfront with what is possible and how to do and the whole process was followed by his amazing Team Neil Patel & Rhonda Ramirez who made everything happen from learning my finances to funded with a great deal and rate under 30 days from start to close I have worked with the best private banks in the world the service and professionalism at Insignia is the best I have ever come across. Work with them you won’t regret it.

  Working with Michael and the Insignia team was such a refreshing experience. I went into this purchase assuming that all mortgage brokers were the same. The same amount of back and forth, the same waiting for answers, the same mountains of paperwork. Boy was I wrong. I legitimately found my purchase via Insignia to be easier than buying a car from a car dealership. Michael was extremely responsive and organized and everything went perfectly smoothly. An absolute all star team!

  Neil, Michael and the Insignia Team has been awesome in closing my refinance. My finances are complicated and Neil was able to find a product that worked and at a good rate.   Insignia deserves all the 5 star reviews it has. After working unsuccessfully with 2 other loan brokers I was referred to Chris Furie with Insignia to get a 2nd home loan. My spouse and I have somewhat complicated finances. We are self-employed and receive K-1s from about a dozen different entities. While it seemed to fluster the other 2 brokers we tried to work with, Chris' team (Neil, Michael & Richard) were incredibly responsive and while they requested a LOT of information they processed it all flawlessly and came through for us with a great loan. I would not go to anyone else but them for any future mortgage needs.
