  From start to finish, this was by far the easiest experience we have ever had with a mortgage broker. From keeping every promise, to promptly & professionally handling our loan, to closing and funding within 30 days, Shant was a dream broker. Five stars is not enough!!!   Absolutely extraordinary, that’s how we would describe Shant Khatchadourian. My husband and I, have purchased and refinanced several homes in the past, but we NEVER had such a great experience working with a loan officer as we've had with Shant. He is absolutely amazing.   My experience with SKR Capital Group was excellent. Shant was phenomenal! During my loan application, he was always patient in listening to my questions, providing advice and keeping me informed on any update. My escrow had a shorter than normal loan contingency and other obstacles, but Shant was able to act quickly to ensure my application was smooth so I could get approved on time. My purchase wouldn't be possible without him. Shant's professionalism sets a very high bar. Definitely recommending!!

  Shant Khatchadourian was referred to me by one my close friend. He did refinancing of his house with SKR capital group. My friend was quite happy with the speed of process and he can do most of his work remotely. I approached Shant on the same reason to make my loan process quick and also need clear communication so that I can take proper decisions.   We recently refinanced our mortgage through SKR Capital Group. Shant was very helpful all the way and made the process very smooth for us. The process moved along without any glitches, with minimum fuss. As we were remote to Shant, most communication was via brief but effective phone calls, and most document exchanges were electronic. We were also very happy with the mortgage rate that Shant was able to work out for us. I will certainly recommend Shant to others.
