Drake Price1This credit union is a joke. I had a bad experience with the ATM it said I had x amount of $ available, as soon as I started spending it I was hit with overdraft fees of $39.00 for each transaction, when brought up to them I was put on the back burner for 3 days, I had to contact them for answers even though they said they would call me back every single time. (Corporate office) Once I get my account in good standings again I will be leaving this credit union for good. Horrible experience, I wouldn’t have even given them 1 start if that were an option.

Austin Sneed1I share the sentiments of previous reviews that banking with Insight Credit Union has become such an inconvenience for the customer. This credit union used to provide all of the perks of banking through a local credit union without the hassles and headaches associated with the corporate "Big Banks". After relocating over an hour away from the nearest branch location, I am now reliant on their mobile services.. which has unfortunately only led to one headache after another. The mobile app constantly crashes and for years has been significantly unreliable. I am now on hold to speak with a representative and have been informed that the estimated wait-time to speak to someone is 54 minutes... this is not acceptable.

Steffany Griswold1Have banked with them for years, office staff are always great, however, customer service call center is awful, assuming you can reach a representative in a reasonable manner of time. Constantly have problems with deposits in any fashion. Put my money on hold periodically for no apparent reason. Takes multiple days for my money to be available sometimes, when other times its available within 24 hours. They "Updated" their system and clearly were not ready too as the new system is worse than it was before and now the app in unusable, making the "convienance" of mobile banking very inconvenient. Not worth the hometown bank feel when I dont have access to my money. Will be switching to a larger national bank.

Rocke Baker1as with other reviews, the ocala branch staff are awesome. they will go out of their way to help (could use another couple of bodies to answer the phone as you can get the vm a lot of times). on the other hand, dealing with issues outside of the branch control is a nightmare supreme. the bill pay conversion is a total cluster. my wife was trying to pay bills this weekend and kept getting improper login. had to deal with the converson that all the e-mails said she did not need a temp password. today she was on hold for 30 min and no one came on. then later another 70 min and a person came on and said the system was down. at least they did call back and took care of the problem. as usual with any organization they will never have neat the staff to take care of problems and mgt does not care. someday programs will be a seamless transition but not in my lifetime

Deb1ATMs at my branch always down. Bank not open due to upgrade and now I can't access my account - haven't been able to do any online business banking going on 5 days now! I got bills to pay!!!!

Keashie Rich1Something is always wrong with the ATM not to mention how much the app crashes. This is my last week using this bank it’s such an inconvenience. On the other hand Nice tellers and people there willing to help.

Melissa English1DON'T RELY ON INSIGHT DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC. We are behind 10 days on car payment and needed to defer a payment to the end of the loan. But, Insight insisting that payment be made before they will extend. Such a caring company, right? Time to call Capital One.

Peggy Moreno1Seems like every time I go there the atm is out of order. It's the only one around that has where you can put cash and checks on without an envelope. That machine is awesome wish thru all had one. Other then that the people are awesome
