  The communication is HORRIBLE! I went into this place from another credit repair company explaining to Richard that my main thing was communication, I needed to know that they weren’t just taking my money each month with no progress….. that’s exactly what it ended up being. I have been paying for going on 7 months and my credit score is just getting worse. Yes they removed one…. Maybe two things off of my credit but outside of that it was just all talk. They say they are going to do something and it does not get done. They say they are going to call you back and they do not. If only they called back as quickly as they charged your card each month. Smh. So upsetting that these companies take advantage. If you choose to go with this credit repair company keep in mind that Richard doesn’t handle your case, he has an assistant (whom doesn’t seem like he knows much of what he is doing) doing the work for him. He has so many clients (which I seen first hand because he showed me the amount of clients he has) that he is neglecting his work and clients. I was referred specifically to Richard because he apparently had done such a “great” job on my brother In laws credit, so that’s why we chose to go with him, plus all of the great reviews. Total let down. And a total waste of my money.

  Innovative credit solution is an amazing team , They did an excellent job on helping me getting my credit up.. They did more for me in a few weeks then others did in a year.. I would refer this team to Everyone trying to get help with there credit

  Really has no energy at all inside the building. No professional communication, not what I expected after reading all the "nice" reviews and decided to make an appointment that never got started because of no explanation given in the front why I wasn't seen on time. I wasn't going to keep waiting 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No one was in the front to talk to in regards to my questions. I wouldve stayed if i was told what was going on or if ill have to be waiting extra for a certain reason. Nope, no one did. So, I just crumbled the paper and walked out. People it's 2022, don't spend your personal time and money where it clearly isn't earned. Wish them all the good luck with their clients but one of my goals this year is to give the community an honest personal review of the businesses I encounter myself with. Whether it be good review or bad. Have a good day.

  Innovative Credit Solutions extremely help you boost your credit! I would definitely recommend them with any inquiry you have about your credit! They also help you with other concerns, so just ask them! My mother-in-law was getting fraud, but Richard was super helpful and made sure the accounts under her name were cleared! It was a process of months, but now she has nothing to worry about, and her credit has been going up with Richard's advice!

  I had a great experience with Richard who helped me getting my credit score raised from a 615 credit score to a 742 within 2 months! I was so shocked and happy at the same time, all I did was went through each step he guided me to do and from here on out it was a piece of cake.. woohoo!!!   The best investment I ever made!!!! Do not hesitate to reach out to them for all your credit repair needs. I personally worked with Anselmo. I loved his professionalism and how eager he is to share his knowledge. As soon as the consultation was done, an immediate plan was put into action of what he was going to do to repair my credit and what I needed to do to help it along. I was shocked at how fast he got the collection off my report. And was able to move with confidence with my new found understanding of how the credit system works that he instilled into me. Mere months later I bought a brand new 5bd/3ba house. I then started renting out the other rooms. I've now started a real estate business and looking to expand my portfolio.   I was doing my research online looking for a credit repair company, at the time I was working in North Dakota so didn't have too much time due to working a lot of hours. So I called Innovative credit solution and spoke to Richard and his assistant and they were able to work out a settlement on my vehicle that I owed 18,355.09 for a settlement of 6,000 to close the account and not be at risk to be taken to court due to my circumstances and my work schedule, Richard and his assistant were able to help me out. Now I can continue building my credit. Thank you Innovative Credit Solution..

  So I had a horrible credit score owed over 20 grand I got refered to Richard by my in-laws so I gave it shot He let me know what needed to be done & what I needed to do it wasn't going to be easy but it can be done so I was all in...its been about a year my credit score it higher than I thought I would ever be able to get it. I will refer anyone to come here, talk to Richard he will make it happen straight up & professional appreciate everything hes done...Thanks for everything Richard!
