  I have worked with Brian Elam and his amazing company since 2012 when he was recommended to me by the local Real Estate Investors Association I belonged to in Winston-Salem. He has been exceptionally knowledgeable and able to assist with a variety of challenging real estate issues over the more than 12 closings he has completed for me since then.   Brian has been an integral part of my house-buying business. He and his team have been great to work with on the numerous transactions we've done together. I would highly recommend him to any real estate investor.

  I wish I could give a lower rating for this business. Do not bring your business to attorney Brian Elam. He does not handle his job on any sort of professional level and is less than helpful as well as impossible to reach, he never returned any of my phone calls and caused multiple delays with the closing sale. On top of that, when the second closing date arrived, he didn't have the check ready and I had to get him to mail it since it takes 30 minutes for me to drive to his office. It NEVER arrived in the mail and he refused to rewrite one the same day when I had to go back out to his office and inquire about the original check that never arrived (he didn't even bother to track the check or put insurance on it to make sure it would arrive) he even had the nerve to accuse me of trying to commit check fraud. Days later, when I was finally able to get the check from his office, he didn't even come out to hand it to me, and never apologized for all of the inconveniences he and his office caused. Do NOT do business with this office, they do not know what they are doing and have no respect for others.
