  Nana is an amazing human being and an absolute professional in her field. As first time home buyers, especially since we were moving out of state, we were extremely anxious. We were expecting a lot of red tape and headaches. This experience has been the exact opposite. From day one, Nana walked us through the entire process, taking time to explain how everything works at every step, putting our minds at ease about the entire process. And sure enough, everything played out exactly as she outlined, except a bit faster and a bit cheaper. She’s the type of person to under-promise and over-deliver at every opportunity. With Nana and her team at Innova, we felt like we had an entire army of professionals working to make sure we got the home we picked.   I strongly recommend Innova Home Loans to anyone! I did a refi through them and was very happy, got a great rate and they closed it so quick that I was amazed. I have done a purchase and a refi before with other lenders or big banks, they took forever to close and I could never get hold of anyone to ask a question. With Innova Home loans my loan officer Nana was always there whenever I had a question. I will definitely go to them for my future home loan needs, they provide excellent customer service and are very professional.

  I will not look elsewhere next time, will go direct to Innova Home Loans. Nana is the best to work with in this industry, I had a positive experience. We were in a bad situation with our original lander and Nana got us out of the situation and help us to close on the house in less than a week.
