  John Drennen & team: I can’t thank you enough for such an incredible, easy, and FAST refinance on my house. John was super responsive and very honest about what was best for my personal scenario and I am so glad that we chose him and his team to do our loan. I live in Summerlin and refinanced my house that I bought in 2015. Not only did John save me $400 on my mortgage, but we closed in 8 BUSINESS DAYS! If you’re shopping lenders, seriously just stop shopping and choose John and his team. So thankful for them!

  I’ve financed several houses these past few years and can honestly say that none have been a positive experience on the level I’ve had with Brandon. He and his team (Jennifer) were always replying within minutes. Every question was answered and not even a single hiccup throughout the process. I almost always exclusively used big banks for my past mortgages, something I will never do again. Using Brandon was a different experience entirely. It made applying for a mortgage “no big deal!”
