  Okay so i waited about 2 months to write this review so that i didn't go off of rage and give Inline Lending a 1 star. This is regarding a refinance on our home we were doing via the VA Streamline. The Good News: The process was completed successfully and we were able to get our rate down to 2.25%, taking advantage of the super low rates that have been available in the market. As we had only owned our home for about a little less than a year, we weren't too worried about losing equity since we didn't have a ton of money staked into the home yet. Inline Lending did successfully work with the title company and the lender we are now with (Sunwest Mortgage) and we are very happy we were able to get such a low rate and, ultimately, a lower monthly payment. The 3/5 rating comes from that. The Bad News: The bad really only revolves around one individual, and it was the individual we were directly working with throughout the process. For starters, we did not realize Inline was a mortgage broker (as when we bought our house originally we worked directly with the lender/realtor until end of sale). As a first time home owner who was going through a first time refinance, myself and my wife naturally had a ton of questions throughout the process and wanted to make sure we understood EVERYTHING that could happen, the timeframes certain processes could take and, most important, wanting to be immediately advised when issues arose with any paperwork that we submitted. Throughout the experience it really felt like the individual we were working with was annoyed of many of the questions that were asked, and became even more frustrated when we would be frustrated when a deadline was missed or we would have to basically beg to get updates on if something was needed or not (which was a big hurdle when it came to Inline's underwriters not accepting the originally provided Statement of Service). Many of the issues that arose during the underwriting process were simple ones that caused longer delays because we weren't being communicated with and only got the answers we needed after multiple emails and phone calls. Thinking back on it now, I'm pretty confident that the loan officer wasn't understanding why we wanted to 'be so involved' since, as a broker, it is their job to handle all the paperwork and communication with other parties and that you will NOT get prompt answers as you normally would going through a lender, directly. Even when i wanted to reach out to the underwriters, directly, to resolve issues with paperwork, the loan officer flat out refused to provide that information and would simply ignore the emails. That, in itself, was terrible customer service, especially when the answers to our questions determined how or current mortgage would continued to be paid. Long story short: If you are someone who is a veteran at refinancing and know what the timeframes/processes will be on this kind of thing, Inline will absolutely get you straight. If you are new person to refinancing and want to be walked through the process and have your questions answered promptly, it is probably best to steer clear of Inline and look elsewhere. (Should this review be pulled, the date our transaction closed was September 24th, 2021. We started this process close to the end of July and were originally given a potential close date of early - mid August, which is what started all the confusion)

  Sara Owen's at Inline lending is the best Loan Officer I have ever done business with Sara was with me from beginning to end and never dropped the ball with my FHA streamline loan. She did an amazing job getting me the best rate and saved me hundred dollars on my monthly payment and get money back. I can't say enough about this company and would highly recommend to anyone interested in lower their interest rate and reduce payments. Thank you Sara Owen's and team excellent job!

  I previously posted a critical review of Inline Lending based on an interaction I’d had with one employee, but need to set the record straight. Within a couple days of posting that review, I was contacted directly by Johnny Neafus, the owner. He took my review to heart, had listened to the recorded conversation with this new employee, and acknowledged the situation should’ve been handled more professionally. He assured me that he would incorporate that interaction into improving his company’s training and customer service. Let me tell you, I’m incredibly impressed with the fact that Johnny personally made it a point to reach out to me to make things right! He truly is engaged in customer service and ensuring that he and his employees are delivering great care and service to the veterans they serve. I discovered that Johnny is a unique business owner that clearly puts forward his best effort and if things aren’t meeting his high standard, he does what it takes to get things back on track. I’m VERY impressed with Inline Lending and in particular, their owner. Many thanks Johnny... I’m now a lifelong fan! Thank you for what you do!

  I recently closed a refinance with Sarah. I have bought and sold a couple times over the years and refinanced. Sarah is by far the best mortgage broker I’ve worked with. She is easy going and doesn’t make you feel like you’re being an inconvenience or being convinced to go with a certain lender for their benefit, which is a breath of fresh air. I did my refi out of state and got the absolute lowest rate after shopping around. I would definitely do business with inline again.

  Sarah with Inline Financial helped us out with getting our streamline refinance done. We reached out to her a few months back but had to get a few things taken care of before we could move forward. She made a couple recommendations and we followed them. With that she reached out to check on us to see where were at and vola! She got the refinance moving. Our interest rate was much better saving us near $180 a month on our mortgage! When it came time to close we were in Florida on a 10 year anniversary trip. Sarah arranged for a local Floridian notary to come to our Airbnb and get the closing papers signed. This was easier than when we bought our home and had to go to the title company in Scottsdale! Thank you Sarah!

  Highly recommend this team. We did a VA IRRRL with them and were very pleased. Rob was very straightforward and delivered on his promises. They also beat the pants off of other lenders with our rate and deal structure, even those that sent us mailers promising similar rates, but couldn't back them up!

  After numerous emails and mailings for a VA Re-fi, I talked to numerous brokers and I felt I wasn't being told what was needed in order to process a loan. I reached out to Michael Rodriguez from one of the mailings. Talking to him, he pointed out things that other brokers had failed to mention and what would be needed at closing. I decided to go with Mr. Rodriguez; he guided me through the process and addressed any concerns that I might have had. He is very responsive in return calls and emails, easy to get a hold off. Always available to answer questions and immediately contacted me for any Information / Documents that the lender required of me. The time line that we talked about for closing was on point. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Rodriguez, in the future if we have any friends or family member's looking to do a Re-fi, we will point them to Inline Lending. Attention Mr. Michael Rodriguez.
