  Being a first time home buyer, you want to be well taken care of and working with Mike Babcock, he gave us the best experience every step of the way. What made our experience great was working with a professional, personable and expert like Mike. He is a very hard worker, is a beast at crunching numbers and getting us the best deals. He even worked with us after hours to answer questions or assist with any concerns. Our process went very fast and smooth because of his instructions and recommendations.   It was the best mortgage experience we have ever had. We were having to close TWO mortgages in 5 weeks time to buy a dream vacation home. Dave was open, honest, professional and super quick. Preapproval letter came in less then 24 hours. Both mortgages were closed and in place way ahead of schedule. Great company to work with, positive attitudes on everyone we meet. Very open, very due diligent and legitimately cared about us and our dream! Very informative every step of the way!!

  Dave Hartman is very knowledgeable, professional, and a very cool guy. Dave was able to help me chose the right loan for me with lower interest rate, and less down on my loan. Dave made me feel very comfortable. He provided easy to understand step by step on what to do, and what I needed to provide for him. My experience in getting the loan to buy my first home was fast and smooth. Dave and his team also went the extra miles to provide solutions along the loan process to ensure a smooth one till the very end when I get the loan. If I should ever wanted new loans to buy new homes in future times, I will definitely go back to Dave Hartman.   The whole process took me almost a year to complete from my first email to Eric to closing. Eric helped me through every step along the way. He made sure and explained everything to me (being a first time buyer) so I understood the process. Communication between Eric and I was a breeze. He promptly returned emails and/or phone calls and was always on top so we could be one step ahead of the game. Overall 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend Eric to anybody looking to purchase a home.
