This is hands down the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. Attempting to work with them only cost me time and money and in the end I had to find another title company. Unfortunately there is only one more in the area but anything is better than having to work with these people. Please respond with any questions. I would be happy to share BOTH of my horrible experiences with this group. One star is being nice. I wish I could rate 0.

Rude, rude, ladies one even raise her voice and was yelling for no reason at all, their behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for. Then they did not get the job done after We signed all the papers and paied the fees, I get a call the next day saying come get your money back the other party walked out without filing the papers they just signed. We signed everything in the office and it was court ordered that the papers were to be filed that day, needless to say we did as much as possible to abide by the courts ruling. I will go to Baines next time they have always been professional. I wonder what was said after we walked out to have the other side walk out with their signed papers in hand instead of filing them with Inland???
